Last May 14, 2026, the College of Accounting Education (CAE), through its Graduate Support Program (GSP), officially concluded its final coaching sessions for aspiring Certified Public Accountants preparing for the upcoming Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE). The initiative aimed to strengthen the academic readiness and confidence of the 20 reviewees through a series of intensive review activities, problem-solving sessions, and mock examinations designed to simulate actual board exam conditions. The program also provided students with opportunities to engage in meaningful discussions and collaborative learning with mentors, faculty members, and fellow reviewees. The final coaching sessions were facilitated by CAE faculty members and mentors namely, Mr. Mark Glenn G. Parpan, Mr. Niel Banares, Mr. Neil Cua, Atty. Thessa Fernandez, Mr. Jasper Enumerables, and Mr. Laurence Baguio, who guided the students throughout the review program and shared valuable insights and encouragement as they prepare for the licensure examination. Throughout the coaching sessions, the graduates demonstrated determination and perseverance as they balanced demanding review schedules and personal sacrifices in preparation for one of the most important milestones in their academic journey. The sessions became a venue not only for academic enhancement but also for encouragement and mutual support among future CPAs. Faculty members and facilitators commended the examinees for their dedication and commitment throughout the program. They emphasized the importance of discipline, consistency, and self-belief as the students approach the licensure examination. The CAE Graduate Support Program continues to reflect the collegeโs commitment to producing competent and resilient accounting professionals by extending academic and moral support to its graduates preparing for the CPALE. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, the program highlights CAEโs dedication to providing accessible and meaningful learning opportunities that empower students to achieve academic excellence and professional growth. Through initiatives like the Graduate Support Program, the college continues to nurture future professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to contribute positively to society. As the examination season approaches, the entire CAE community remains united in expressing its encouragement and support for all future CPAs, hoping that the knowledge, training, and experiences gained from the coaching sessions will guide them toward success in the board examination.
